Ryan Companies US Inc is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality programs for their Mission Critical sector. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in field quality management for large construction projects.

This position involves planning, implementing quality programs, ensuring compliance with project standards, and working closely with project teams to address quality issues.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of successful field quality management experience in mission critical construction.
• Proven experience in design, construction, and commissioning for large & complex MEP-heavy projects.
• Previous experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of Ryan's quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC responsibilities to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Oversee the documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process.

Skills

Knowledge of quality systems

Experience using Procore

Experience using Bluebeam

Experience using Revit

Education

Technical degree in construction, civil, architecture, or engineering
