HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II to lead a QSR restaurant or small cluster of units near Fairbanks, Alaska. You will ensure clean, open, and well-staffed operations and drive high standards in service, safety and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L accountability, and a proven track record in restaurant management. You will coach staff, optimize schedules, and implement brand initiatives and promotions to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience staffing, scheduling and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, ensuring readiness for business.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and monitor unit performance.
• Lead onboarding, training and engagement initiatives for restaurant teams.
• Hire, promote and evaluate staff; promote HMSHost as employer of choice locally.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial and operational data to drive results.
