Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a QA/QC Leader to oversee quality Assurance on large-scale solar and high voltage projects in the Illinois region. The role involves coordinating audits, reviewing IFC drawings, and leading QA/QC staff to ensure compliance with contract quality requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering with at least 2 years of QA/QC experience on industrial projects, SWPPP experience, and ISO quality standards familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience on large commercial/multi-discipline projects.
• Experience in SWPPP and erosion control.
• External/Internal auditing experience and ISO quality standards knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for company policies and promote a positive project-wide attitude.
• Coordinate QA/QC inspection, audits, and testing activities.
• Maintain project quality records and mentor QA/QC inspectors.
• Develop and manage overall project quality plan and corrective actions.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with Signal Energy quality policies.
