Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a QA/QC leader to manage the project quality program for solar and high voltage works. You will coordinate with the Quality Manager and Lead Superintendent, ensuring corrective actions and audits are completed on time.

The role requires strong reading of IFC drawings, coordination across disciplines, and mentoring field QA/QC staff. OSHAlicensing and SWPPP experience are preferred as part of a broad quality toolbox.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related area.
• Experience in QA/QC on large commercial or industrial projects.
• Auditing experience and knowledge of ISO quality standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Signal Energy policies and promote a positive project attitude.
• Coordinate QA/QC staff needs with Quality Manager and Lead Superintendent.
• Lead quality activities across the project and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Maintain project quality records and mentor QA/QC inspectors.
• Develop and implement the overall project quality plan and ensure subcontractor compliance.
