Job summary

CoVolt Power is a leading EPC company specializing in solar, BESS, and high-voltage infrastructure, delivering thousands of megawatts across North America. We seek a QA/QC leader to advocate company policies, coordinate with the Quality Manager and project team, and manage quality activities for roads, foundations, high voltage works, substations, and solar arrays.

Strong knowledge of IFC drawings, ISO standards, and auditing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related area.
• Minimum 2 years construction QA/QC experience on large commercial/multi-disciplined/industrial projects.
• External/Internal auditing experience and ISO quality standards knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for company policies and promote a positive project attitude.
• Collaborate with QA/QC Inspector staff and project team to address field needs.
• Manage the project team to assess quality and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Champion quality achievement and implement performance improvements.
• Lead QA/QC auditors, inspectors, and testing activities per the quality program.
• Manage QA/QC for solar and electrical works including roads, foundations, substations, and solar arrays.
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance.
• Plan, lead, and coordinate quality activities across the project site.
• Investigate non-conformance issues and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain quality records and provide training for team members.
