CoVolt Power is seeking a QA/QC Leader to oversee quality efforts across solar, BESS, and high‑voltage construction projects. You will manage QA/QC personnel, review IFC drawings, and ensure conformity with project plans, specifications, and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, safety culture, and continuous quality improvement in a fast-paced construction environment across North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related area.
• Minimum 2 years construction QA/QC experience on large commercial/multi-disciplinary/industrial, utility, civil, highway/road, high voltage electrical solar or wind energy projects.
• Experience in SWPPP and erosion control.
• External/Internal proven auditing experience and working knowledge of ISO Quality standards preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate QA/QC Inspectors on the project.
• Maintain and review project quality records and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Develop and implement the overall project quality plan and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Signal Energy’s Quality Policies and Procedures on site.
