Job summary

CoVolt Power is a leading utility-scale EPC company delivering solar, BESS, and high-voltage infrastructure across North America. The role reports to the Director of Quality and focuses on coordinating QA/QC activities for multi-disciplinary construction teams.

You will mentor QA/QC staff, enforce quality policies, review IFC drawings, and drive corrective actions to ensure safety and compliance while partnering with Project Engineers and Superintendents for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related area.
• Minimum 2 years construction QA/QC experience on large projects.
• Experience in managing, organizing, directing, and leading construction QA/QC preferred.
• Experience in SWPPP and erosion control.
• External/Internal auditing experience and working knowledge of ISO Quality standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for Quality policies and promote project QA/QC goals.
• Coordinate QA/QC Inspectors and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Manage the project team to assess quality of work and compliance with policies.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives across the project.
• Supervise audit, inspection, surveillance, and testing activities.
• Develop and maintain a project quality plan with deliverables and due dates.
• Ensure subcontractors provide their Quality Policies and Procedures and comply.
• Communicate Quality Policies to all personnel on site.
• Resolve issues through face-to-face communication.
