Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC company, is seeking a QA/QC Lead to drive quality assurance across solar, BESS, and high-voltage projects. You will mentor QA/QC inspectors and collaborate with project teams to uphold ISO-compliant quality programs on large multi-discipline sites.

You will plan quality activities, review IFC drawings and specifications, manage non-conformances, and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented to protect schedule, budget, and safety goals on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience on large commercial or industrial projects.
• Experience in managing, organizing, directing, and leading construction QA/QC preferred.
• Experience in SWPPP and erosion control.
• External/Internal auditing experience and ISO quality knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for quality policies, ensuring professional representation with clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Quality Manager, Project Manager, and Lead Superintendent to support QA/QC staffing.
• Lead the project team to assess quality, track corrective actions, and align with quality procedures.
• Champion quality achievement and performance improvements across the project.
• Manage QA/QC Inspectors performing audits, inspections, surveillance and testing.
• Oversee quality program for roads, foundations, high voltage works, substations and solar arrays.
