Job summary

CoVolt Power is hiring for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role on utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will lead QA/QC staff, coordinate with project teams, and ensure compliance with quality policies across substation and civil works.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and at least 2 years of QA/QC experience on large projects, with SWPPP and ISO knowledge preferred. On-site work in North America, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related area.
• Minimum 2 years QA/QC experience on large commercial/multi-disciplined projects.
• Experience in SWPPP and erosion control.
• External/internal auditing experience and ISO quality knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as advocate for company policies and professional client relations on site.
• Lead QA/QC staff and coordinate with Project Engineer and Superintendents.
• Manage quality program for roads, foundations, high voltage work, substations and solar arrays.
• Review plans, specs, and drawings; promote corrective actions and training.
• Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective measures.
