Zippy seeks a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA programs across the loan origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage performance, calibration, and ensure findings meet policy and investor requirements.

You must be a subject matter expert in end-to-end origination, capable of researching across systems in a fast-changing environment. Remote-friendly, nationwide duties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in mortgage, consumer lending, or related field.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Subject matter expert in end-to-end loan origination and understanding of policies

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team responsible for pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Manage performance, calibration, and training for QA analysts.
• Escalate material risks and drive corrective actions across teams.
• Maintain audit-ready records and ensure findings are well-supported.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, and Credit Risk.
