Zippy, a Dallas-based mortgage lender focused on manufactured homes, seeks a Manager, Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA programs across the loan lifecycle. You will supervise QA analysts, calibrate reviews, and ensure findings meet policy and investor requirements.

Qualificações

• Progressively responsible QA leadership experience in mortgage or loan operations.
• Experience guiding pre-close and post-close loan reviews across origination.
• Ability to manage teams, calibrate reviews, and enforce policy-driven findings.
• Strong investigative skills across multiple systems and data sources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA team for pre-close and post-close loan reviews across origination.
• Ensure reviews are timely, accurate, and evidence-based.
• Manage workflow, queues, capacity, and throughput for QA.
• Escalate material risks and track corrective actions to resolution.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance and Risk.
