EwingCole, Inc. is seeking a Practice Pursuit Specialist to join the Marketing Team in Philadelphia. You will manage complex pursuits from planning to submission, shaping strategy, messaging, and win themes to position the firm for success.

The role emphasizes coordination with practice leaders, business developers, and technical staff, advancing proposals, qualifications, and client-focused content. Strong writing and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphics design, or related field.
• Seven+ years in marketing/business development within A/E/C or professional services.
• Experience managing RFQ, RFP, SOQ, and SF330 submissions and federal processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple pursuits with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong writing and editing to communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to proposal strategy, messaging, pursuit positioning, and win themes.
• Analyze client data, procurement requirements, and market trends for proposals.
• Coordinate complex private sector and federal qualifications packages, SF330s, and forms.
• Manage multi-office and federally funded pursuits requiring advanced content.
• Lead multidisciplinary proposal teams, set schedules, and monitor progress.
• Develop project descriptions, resumes, executive summaries, and narratives.
• Maintain and enhance proposal content and knowledge management resources.
• Support CRM and proposal technologies and improve workflows.
• Share best practices and onboard new team members to pursuit procedures.
