Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects seeks a Senior Pursuit Specialist to lead our pursuit process, directing cross-disciplinary teams to produce proposals, presentations, and winning strategies from identification through award.

You will shape ISBP content, manage complex Alternative Delivery pursuits such as Design-Build, and mentor staff while driving compliant, high-quality submissions and capture campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related major with 10 years of experience in Pursuit/BD environments.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading of proposals and marketing materials.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex pursuits across delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the pursuit process from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
• Develop winning strategies, ISBP-based content, and compelling client-focused messages.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external partners to deliver compliant, high-quality proposals.
