Job summary

EwingCole is seeking a Practice Pursuit Specialist to support marketing and business development across the firm. You will manage complex proposals and qualifications packages, coordinate with practice leaders, and ensure strategic alignment with solicitations.

In this senior role, you will guide proposal content, lead cross‑functional pursuit teams, and apply best practices for federal and private sector opportunities, including SF330 submissions, with strong writing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphics design, or related field.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting marketing and business development within A/E/C or professional services, including management of complex proposals and qualifications packages.
• Experience managing RFQ, RFP, SOQ, and qualifications submissions, including familiarity with federal procurement processes and SF330 qualifications packages.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize technical information into client-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to proposal strategy, messaging, pursuit positioning, and win themes in collaboration with firm leadership and business development professionals.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary proposal teams, establish schedules, facilitate communication, monitor progress, and proactively identify issues.
• Develop and edit project descriptions, resumes, executive summaries, technical narratives, and other proposal content.
• Maintain and enhance proposal knowledge management content and CRM data to improve quality and efficiency.
