The position requires strong organizational skills, experience in A/E/C proposal development, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid with in-office days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of A/E/C proposal/pursuit experience.
• Proven experience leading large, complex proposals.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex pursuits from strategy through submission.
• Direct pursuit lifecycle; ensure compliance, quality, on-time delivery.
• Develop win themes and messaging frameworks.
• Coordinate pursuit planning meetings and reviews (Pink/Red/Gold).
• Collaborate with technical leadership to differentiate submissions.
• Oversee proposal development, ensuring quality and strategic alignment.
• Lead proposal production including layout, graphics, and final delivery.
• Mentor junior marketing and pursuit staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.
• Support business development with market research and positioning.
