Job summary

Fishbeck seeks a Senior Pursuit Strategy Coordinator to lead proposal strategy and marketing initiatives. You will partner with technical teams, business development, and leadership to craft compelling content and winning pitches.

You’ll mentor junior staff, shape pursuit processes, and drive brand alignment across the firm while coordinating industry engagements and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years in an in-house marketing department, preferably in A/E/C or related industries.
• Strong experience developing and leading proposals, pursuits, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with digital asset management and CRM systems.
• Strong writing, editing, and persuasive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of proposal submissions with technical teams, BD, and marketing.
• Develop pursuit strategies and messaging communicating differentiators and value.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate between marketing, technical teams, BD, and leadership to align strategy and timelines.
• Write, edit, and develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee production and assembly of pursuit materials from strategy to final submission.
• Lead interview prep including strategy, content, and visuals.
• Maintain high standards for quality, brand consistency, and compliance.
