Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pursuits, including large, complex opportunities
• Direct all phases of pursuit lifecycle from strategy to submission
• Develop and implement pursuit strategies and win themes
• Facilitate pursuit planning meetings and reviews
• Collaborate with technical leadership to differentiate submissions
• Oversee proposal development, ensuring compliance and quality
• Lead proposal production, including layout and final delivery
• Manage multiple pursuits with competing priorities and deadlines
• Provide mentorship to junior staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes
• Support market research and positioning strategies
• Represent JMT at conferences to promote initiatives
