Job summary

EwingCole is seeking a Practice Pursuit Specialist to support business development and marketing across the firm. You will manage complex proposals, qualification packages, and pursuit activities, coordinating with practice leaders, developers, and technical staff from planning through submission.

The role requires advanced proficiency in pursuit processes, federal qualifications, SF330 submissions, and effective client-focused content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, graphics design, or related field.
• Seven or more years of experience supporting marketing and business development in A/E/C or professional services.
• Experience managing RFQ, RFP, SOQ, and qualifications submissions, including SF330 packages.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills to craft client-focused content.
• Familiarity with proposal strategy, client positioning, and pursuit planning.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to proposal strategy, messaging, and win themes.
• Coordinate private sector and complex federal qualifications packages (SF330s).
• Manage complex pursuits across multiple offices and teams.
• Develop and edit project narratives, resumes, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate information from consultants and internal teams for submittals.
• Support CRM, proposal technologies, and knowledge management systems.
