MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager to oversee all purchasing processes, develop and improve systems, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure procurement is efficient and compliant. The role collaborates with internal teams and suppliers to achieve operational goals.

The position offers remote options with travel to office/sites, requires 7+ years in purchasing, leadership experience, and strong negotiation of terms and master agreements.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Seven+ years relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, related to construction industry.
• Experience leading and managing others.
• Experience negotiating terms & conditions, MSAs, NDAs, and related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Field Purchasing Manager and Category Buyers, ensuring effective execution of procurement processes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Drive and enforce document control for POs, approvals, and supporting documents in Procore.
• Provide contract negotiation guidance and proper contract formats.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to review and maintain contracts and related documents.
