Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager to oversee all procurement processes across our renewables projects. You will lead the purchasing team, develop and enforce procurement strategies, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and supplier performance.

The role offers remote work with travel to field sites and offices as needed, with a competitive compensation package and strong benefits. Experience in construction procurement and ERP systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in the construction industry.
• Experience leading teams and negotiating contracts (MSA, NDA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Purchasing team to ensure effective procurement processes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and contract management.
• Drive process improvements and implement procurement software/tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and report on performance to senior management.
