Qualifications

• Bachelor's/associate degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Seven+ years relevant experience in purchasing or procurement for construction.
• Experience leading and managing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Field Purchasing Manager and Category Buyers, ensuring effective execution of procurement processes
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with the company's business objectives and growth goals
• Drive and enforce document control efforts to ensure all purchase orders, approvals, and supporting documents are correctly saved in Procore
• Identify and mitigate risks related to procurement, ensuring continuity of supply and operational success
