MasTec Renewables is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement processes, strategy, and compliance across multiple locations. The role supports field and office teams, emphasizing supplier relationships, contract management, and continuous improvement.

The position may be remote with travel to office and field sites as needed. You will lead a team of buyers, drive procurement initiatives, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and IT to optimize systems and reporting.

Competenze

• Minimum seven years in purchasing or procurement within construction industry
• Experience with supply chain and inventory management
• Experience leading teams
• Experience negotiating major contracts (MSA, NDA, etc.)

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor the Field Purchasing Manager and Category Buyers
• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Ensure procurement policy compliance and contract management
• Drive document control and maintain master vendor agreements
• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal on contracts and procurement-related documents
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks and ensure supply continuity
• Implement procurement software/tools with IT to streamline operations
• Report procurement activities and KPIs to senior management
