Qualifications

• Seven+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in construction.
• Degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience negotiating terms, MSAs, NDAs, and related agreements.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Purchasing team to execute procurement processes.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with growth goals.
• Oversee contract negotiations and proper contract formats.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
• Improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and continuity.
