Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Business Development Manager to lead GTM strategies for HPC in the US Federal market, including GovCloud, Secret, and Top Secret regions.

You will shape campaigns, partner strategies, and executive-level engagements to drive revenue growth across government fleets. The role requires deep cloud and HPC expertise, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence product roadmaps while maintaining a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting experience.
• 7+ years working with advanced compute technologies (Accelerated Compute, HPC, GPUCompute).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Current Top Secret or higher US government clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in US Federal, PS and defense sectors.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and delivery of pipeline, launched revenue and targets.
• Collaborate with sales, solutions architecture, product engineering, partners and marketing.
• Develop partnerships and deal strategies with senior customer executives.
• Create business cases and roadmaps prioritizing government requirements for AWS HPC.
