Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Business Development Specialist to lead end-to-end GTM for HPC in the US Federal market, including GovCloud and Top Secret regions.

You will influence product roadmaps, craft compelling business cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive out-year growth in federal HPC. The role requires deep cloud and HPC expertise, 10+ years in BD/ GTM, and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 7+ years working with Advanced Compute technologies including HPC.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience influencing product management in federal markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end GTM strategy for HPC in US Public Sector and Federal market.
• Drive pipeline, revenue and enablement targets across Defense, IC, and civilian agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and define production pathways.
• Develop customer segments and targeted value propositions to build and qualify pipeline.
• Create business cases for HPC feature requests aligned with government needs.
• Define programs and initiatives for US Federal, PS and regulated customers with workshops and reference architectures.
• Create sales collateral and monitor onboarding and adoption to grow HPC workloads.
