Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services, engagement management, or IT consulting.
• Active U.S. high-level security clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI).
• Expertise delivering PS&T offerings in regulated government environments.
• Strong understanding of Databricks platform and cloud data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-quarter, complex technical engagements for Public Sector accounts.
• Shape strategic account plans and scoping of PS&T proposals.
• Lead regional delivery and contribute to booking targets and platform adoption.
• Mentor junior Engagement Managers and participate in technical hiring.
