Databricks is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to deliver measurable impact for Public Sector customers and at BU/Regional levels within the Forward Deployed Engineering organization.

You will own multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives with high autonomy in high-stakes environments, shaping account strategy and mentoring peers on complex projects. Travel up to 25–50% and active high-level clearance are expected.

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings and the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
• Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
