Databricks is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to drive measurable impact for Public Sector customers and regional teams within Forward Deployed Engineering. You will own multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives with autonomy in high-stakes environments.

You will lead regional strategy, mentor junior managers, shape account plans for complex PS&T engagements, and travel up to 25–50% as required, while building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
• Expert-level understanding of PS&T offerings and ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
• Proficient thought leadership and external industry visibility.
• Participate in hiring to attract top talent.
• Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% as required.
• Active high-level clearance.
