Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience negotiating complex public sector agreements with federal, state, or local government customers and prime contractors.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into clear, practical guidance and to educate the broader legal team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of public sector contract types and amendments.
• Partner with Privacy, Product, and Engineering teams to advise on complex transactions.
• Mentor junior team members and educate the broader Legal team on key legal concepts.
• Engage outside counsel efficiently while controlling costs.
