Amazon.com Services LLC, supporting AWS Global Public Sector, seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to join the Public Sector Legal team in Arlington, VA. You will negotiate government contracts with Federal Government customers, advise on FAR/DFARS, and help shape litigation strategy at GAO, COFC, and Boards of Contract Appeals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with regulatory requirements, review procurement documents, and support national security

Qualifications

Post-bar legal experience required.
Knowledge of government contracting laws including FAR/DFARS.
Strong understanding of licensing and compliance in federal procurement.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate government contracts involving Federal Government customers.
Advise AWS sales and business teams on procurement regulations including FAR/DFARS.
Develop and lead litigation strategy at GAO, COFC, and Boards of Contract Appeals.
Analyze and address contract compliance issues to ensure federal requirements are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance business objectives with regulatory requirements.
