ADVANCED NETWORK MANAGEMENT INC is seeking a Public Sector Contracts Manager to join our team. The role focuses on managing public sector contracts across Sales, Legal, HR, Finance, and Operations, ensuring compliance and enabling revenue growth in government markets.

Responsibilities include auditing, training, reporting, and expanding contract use across states, with occasional travel. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years’ experience with public sector contract vehicles and strong analytical

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with Public Sector Contract Vehicles.
• Analytical skills to develop reporting, monitoring, and new contract plans.

Responsibilities

• Create contract audit reporting and compliance guides.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors on public sector contracts training.
• Audit monthly and quarterly Sales Audit Reports for accuracy.
• Address compliance issues with Sales and Operations.
• Expand contract use within assigned states to grow revenue.
• Partner with Legal on new contract terms and conditions.
• Manage all new public sector contracts ensuring cross‑department compliance.
• Maintain Contract Price List management.
• Handle general contract management—reviews and updates.
• Coordinate marketing events for contract compliance.
• Manage USAC Program compliance for E-Rate.
• Travel as required for the position.
