Qualifications

• Review solicitations and RFPs to identify compliance obligations.
• Conduct pre-award readiness assessments.
• Build automated compliance checklists and predictive bid-readiness indicators.
• Own post-award obligation tracking, modifications, and monitoring.
• Manage end-to-end Section 889 and TAA country-of-origin compliance, including catalog and supply-chain monitoring, verification processes, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own post-award activities and end-to-end contract compliance across the full lifecycle.
• Review terms and conditions and monitor regulatory requirements for federal, state/local, education, and cooperative contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal, Public Policy, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to ensure audit readiness and risk mitigation.
• Run PA (Participating Addendum) end-to-end processes for state/local/cooperative agreements and onboard customers onto existing contract vehicles.
