Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Proposals & Contracts Manager for Public Sector, Bid Capture, to own the end-to-end bid and contracting lifecycle across federal, state, and local government markets for Amazon Business.

You will shape opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage RFP responses, and negotiate contracts, leveraging AI to improve quality and speed while maintaining compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, contract management, capture, or bid management.
• Experience with public-sector solicitations.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and/or state/local procurement frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end response process for commercial and public-sector RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; interpret requirements and manage bid/no-bid decisions; coordinate schedules and submissions.
• Lead contract reviews and negotiations with Legal and Finance; identify risks and resolve deviations; manage amendments and lifecycle records.
• Manage federal, state and local bids; ensure mandatory clauses and representations are met; apply knowledge of procurement frameworks.
