Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Proposals & Contracts Manager to lead the end-to-end bid and contracting lifecycle across federal, state, and local government markets for Amazon Business.

The role coordinates cross-functional teams to shape opportunities, evaluate RFPs, and negotiate contracts with a focus on compliance and efficiency. The role requires extensive experience in proposal management and deep knowledge of FAR/state/local procurement; strong leadership and ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, contract management, capture, or bid management.
• Working knowledge of FAR and state/local procurement frameworks, including mandatory clauses, certifications and representations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end response process for commercial and public-sector RFPs, RFQ and RFIs.
• Interpret solicitation requirements and lead bid/no-bid decisions with Sales.
• Coordinate Pricing, Finance, Legal, Product, and SMEs for accurate submissions.
• Lead public-sector contract reviews and negotiations, identify risks and deviations.
• Champion tools and automation across the bid-to-contract lifecycle and establish quality controls for AI-generated outputs.
