Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Invoicing Compliance Manager for the ADC Invoicing Team to own end-to-end invoicing for complex public sector contracts, from data extraction through submission and reconciliation.

The role interfaces with federal customers and internal AWS teams to design processes that ensure funding alignment and compliance, with a focus on reducing risk and increasing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing, etc.).
• Knowledge of government contracting laws, FAR/DFAR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Finance experience or experience in large teams or at a national/multinational organization.
• Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly invoice generation, validation, and submission for assigned contracts.
• Extract raw usage and financial data from databases to produce reporting.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with contracting officers, program managers, and AWS teams for funding alignment.
• Design and implement automation to reduce manual effort in reporting and data analysis.
• Respond to data calls from program management offices and service teams.
• Track accounts and contract funding status.
