You will manage Participating Addenda for state and local cooperatives, drive Section 889 and TAA compliance, track obligations, and collaborate with Legal, Public Policy, Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of government contracting laws, rules and regulations including FAR/DFAR.
• Experience in contracts management, leading or supporting contract negotiations, and drafting contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own post-award activities and contract compliance across the full lifecycle.
• Review solicitations and RFPs to identify compliance obligations and conduct pre-award readiness assessments.
• Own end-to-end Section 889 and TAA compliance, including catalog and supply-chain monitoring, verification, and reporting dashboards.
• Partner with Legal, Public Policy, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to manage risks and audits.
