Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Sr. Proposals & Contracts Manager to own the end-to-end bid and contracting lifecycle across federal, state, and local government markets for Amazon Business.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Pricing, Legal, Finance, Ops, Product, Tech) to shape opportunities, respond to RFx, negotiate contracts, apply FAR and state/local frameworks, and drive automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, contract management, capture, or bid management.
• Experience with public-sector (federal, state, and/or local) solicitations.
• Working knowledge of the FAR and/or state/local procurement frameworks, including mandatory clauses, certifications, and representations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end response process for commercial and public-sector RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Interpret solicitation requirements and lead bid/no-bid decisions with Sales.
• Coordinate Pricing, Finance, Legal, Product, and SMEs to deliver accurate, competitive, on-time responses.
• Lead public-sector contract reviews and negotiations and manage amendments, renewals, and lifecycle records.
• Champion tools and automation across the bid-to-contract lifecycle and build reusable content and clause libraries.
