Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a customer-facing specialist to act as the primary contact for channel support, resolving complex issues and guiding customers through standard and customizable product features. This role has no mandatory office presence and may involve remote collaboration across projects.

You will manage orders, pricing, contracting, and billing, while coordinating implementation and both pre- and post-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired; 5+ years of related experience.
• Public Sector/FirstNet experience preferred.
• Criminal history considerations per local ordinances may apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact and reference point for channel support, resolving client issues.
• Manage orders, pricing, contracting, billing processes, and developing operations.
• Coordinate implementation processes and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Maintain data integrity and customer data, build strong relationships, ensure satisfaction.
• Review contract documents for compliance and provide post-cutover training and product design.
