This role focuses on resolving intricate client issues, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

With 5+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, you will manage orders, billing, contracts, and coordinating implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred
• 5+ years of related experience
• Experience with Public Sector & FirstNet preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact and reference point for channel support.
• Manage orders, billing, contracting, and pricing processes.
• Coordinate implementation and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Maintain data integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Review contracts for compliance and coordinate supplier orders.
