Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in Public Sector & FirstNet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact and reference point for channel support for complex systems and products.
• Resolve intricate client issues and provide expertise on standard and customizable product features.
• Manage orders, pricing, contracting, billing processes, and develop operations; collaborate with systems teams for process improvements.
• Coordinate implementation processes and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Maintain data integrity, manage customer data accurately, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review contract documents for compliance, coordinate supplier orders, and provide post-cutover training and product design/redesign.
