Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector in California is seeking a seasoned specialist to act as the primary channel support contact for complex systems and products, resolving issues and enabling exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will lead customer advocacy, manage orders and billing, coordinate implementations, maintain data integrity, and review contracts while providing post-cutover training and ongoing product design input.

Qualifications

• An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts.

• Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value.
• Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.

Responsibilities

• Customer Advocacy and Support: Act as a customer advocate, providing prompt support to address client needs and issues.
• Order and Billing Management: Manage orders, billing processes, and develop operations; collaborate with systems teams for process improvements.
• Implementation and Coordination: Coordinate implementation processes and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Data Integrity and Customer Satisfaction: Maintain data integrity, manage customer data accurately, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contract Compliance and Training: Review contract documents for compliance, coordinate supplier orders, and provide post-cutover training and product design/redesign.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
