Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector seeks a Specialist Client Support I to serve as the primary contact for channel support on complex systems and products, resolving intricate client issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role manages orders, billing, and implementation coordination, collaborating with systems teams to improve processes.

You will maintain data integrity, review contracts for compliance, and provide post-cutover training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred; 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Public Sector or FirstNet is strongly preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer advocate, providing prompt support to address client needs and issues.
• Manage orders, billing processes, and develop operations; collaborate with systems teams for process improvements.
• Coordinate implementation processes and manage pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Maintain data integrity, manage customer data accurately, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review contract documents for compliance, coordinate supplier orders, and provide post-cutover training and product design/redesign.
