Job summary

Samsara is seeking a high-impact Major Sales professional to drive revenue growth in top accounts across the United States. This fully remote role is open to candidates in the Upper Midwest region, with the option for office-based collaboration as needed.

You will build executive relationships, manage pursuits end-to-end, and execute a sophisticated, solution-based selling process. As a part of the Majors sales team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment within a public company.

Qualifications

• Develop executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Executive-Level relationships within strategic, named accounts.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close.
• Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team).
• Proven track record of quota achievement in complex accounts and $200k+ ARR transactions.
