Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team. You will integrate programmatic, technical, systems engineering, and business elements of complex public safety deployments, collaborating with Project Managers, specialists, customers, and engineering teams to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in engineering or 8+ years in delivering public safety deployments, excellent presentation and diagramming skills, fluent English, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical/engineering field with 6+ years of technical/engineering experience, or 8+ years delivering Public Safety projects in a technical role.

Responsibilities

Understand requirements, architecture, and operations; align with customer solution needs with Pre/Post-Sales teams.
Lead and defend technical and programmatic decisions; mitigate customer expectation gaps with Project Manager.
Apply change management and systems engineering processes with customer and engineering teams.
