Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Presales Engineer to architect complex LMR infrastructure projects from initial scope to final sale. You will act as the definitive technical authority, guiding proposals and design decisions in a fast-paced team of sales, service and engineering experts.

You will lead technical design, generate equipment lists, and craft implementation plans that align with customer mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Trusted advisor to customers and sales team.
• Strong requirements discovery and technology strategy development.
• Radio coverage design and analysis experience is a plus.
• Ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Lead technical design for LMR infrastructure projects from scope to sale.
