Job summary

Axon Account Executives drive revenue and market share for TASER products with medium to large law enforcement agencies across the U.S. This quota-carrying role requires articulating complex offerings, building senior-level relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to success.

Candidates should have 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS/cloud sales, a proven book of business, and proficiency with Salesforce. Up to 70% travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer facing SaaS/cloud sales experience.
• 3+ years experience managing a book of business.
• Experience selling to complex organizations and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account strategy with the team to deliver stronger value propositions.
• Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts.
• Forecast and track account activity; identify opportunities and stay aligned with management.
