Motorola Solutions, a global leader in public safety technology, seeks an experienced sales professional to manage strategic accounts in Miami-Dade County. You will develop comprehensive account plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and influence technology decisions across buying centers.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in sales/public safety or 8+ years overall, strong relationship skills, and comfort working with government entities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience OR 8+ years of sales/public safety experience.
• Outside sales experience selling solutions into government organizations is desired.
• Strong relationship development and management skills.
• Willingness and ability to be a strong self-starter and hunt to identify/create sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written & presentation).
• Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of products/solutions and communicate the value of those solutions to customers.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a C-Level executives.
• Experience utilizing channel partners to address customer requirements.
• Bilingual with Spanish fluency desired.

Responsabilidades

• Sell and manage strategic accounts in Miami-Dade County.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for target accounts.

• Influence technology platform decisions and build loyalty for Motorola Solutions.
• Identify large project opportunities across products and services.
• Lead channel partners in selling to buying centers as appropriate.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Engage executives to position long-term opportunities.
• Create procurement vehicles for solutions across target accounts.
