Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Atlanta metro area. You will develop and execute sales plans across a broad portfolio, coordinating resources to meet customer needs and influence technology decisions for public safety and enterprise customers.

You will build relationships with key decision makers, engage channel partners when appropriate, and travel up to 50% within the territory to drive large projects and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, sales engineering, customer success, and/or public safety experience.
• Strong relationship development and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written & presentation).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for each target account and geography.
• Assemble and coordinate internal & external sales resources to address customer needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to influence technology platform decisions and build loyalty for Motorola Solutions.
