Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Personal Training Director to own the PT department at an assigned club, driving performance, profitability, staffing, and member experience. The PTD recruits and develops a high-performing training team, maintains staffing and capacity, and leads the department to meet company targets for revenue and client results.

The PTD will personally service qualifying Personal Training sessions, lead by example as the fitness expert in the club, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification required, NASM or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Proven experience leading fitness staff and driving revenue growth.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Personal Training department at a single Crunch Fitness location.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain PT staff.
• Own revenue and profitability for the PT dept and drive monthly/quarterly targets.
• Develop staff sales skills and client lifecycle performance.
• Ensure training, compliance, and quality of sessions to maximize member satisfaction.
