Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and execute the full PT Director role while continuing to serve PT clients. You will help lead the department at the club location, develop trainers, drive revenue and enrollment, and deliver an exceptional member experience, building leadership and operational skills for future advancement.

This non-exempt, hourly role emphasizes advancing to a Director position, ongoing coaching, and delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; national certification in Personal Training preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certification required; NASM or Crunch-approved certification.
• Experience delivering Personal Training and maintaining client base preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Personal Training initiatives under PT Director guidance.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Personal Trainers at the location.
• Coach trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Maintain active personal client base and drive revenue targets.
• Ensure proper documentation, scheduling, and client progress reviews.
